There aren’t many regulations for fencing, with height being the main consideration. Generally, anything over 2 meters requires a D/A or mutual agreement between neighbours. However, pool fencing and balustrades must comply with strict building codes for safety, which I handle to ensure compliance.
is it part of your service to remove the debris?
Yes, I offer demolition and removal of the old fence for an additional cost.
How soon after the acceptance of the quote
The scheduling timeline depends on my workload at the time, but once a quote is accepted, I typically book clients within 4 to 8 weeks of confirmation.
